The journey from Hanoi - Ha Long Bay - Hoi An - Ho Chi Minh city will take you explore from the spectacular natural beauty to the unique cultural heritage, from ancient charm to the vibrant modern... Wherever you are, you also enjoy the delicious specialties of the place instead of taste rigid and boring the meal that is set-up for tourists, meet friendly people, cook with them, eat with them and soak up their atmosphere....

Day 1: HANOI ARRIVAL

You will be warmly welcomes from the airport and transport to a hotel in the heart of the old quarter – great for taking in the heaving atmosphere that is Hanoi. We will celebrate the first night with drinks and a very special local Hanoi dish of Cha Ca (grilled fish, serve with fresh noddle). Overnight at hotel in Hanoi.

Day 2: HANOI EXPLORATION

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel then the guide will help you to discover can’t-missed sights in Hanoi like the Literature of Temple then walking around the colorful local market to learn about typical ingredient in the North Vietnam…

Take a quick glimpse at memorial complex for the historic figure and father of modern Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh then visit to the fascinating Ethnology Museum, which are both a research centre and a public museum exhibiting the ethnic groups of Vietnam.

Our lunch today with two options: Feast wide-selection of Vietnam street food at Quan Ngon restaurant or enjoy one of the best Hanoi street food – Bun Cha (grilled pork and noodle, fried spring roll).

You will then enjoy a cyclo ride through the Old Quarter also known as the ‘Hanoi’s 36 streets’. This bustling area of narrow streets and alleys is home to literally thousands of small businesses and shopkeepers. It's a great place to explore with plenty of photo opportunities around you. Stroll around legendary Hoan Kiem Lake (Sword Lake) to enjoy sunset while sipping the some coffee. Trip ends at your hotel around 6h30pm  and alleys is home to literally thousands of small businesses and shopkeepers. It's a great place to explore with plenty of photo opportunities around you.

Stroll around legendary Hoan Kiem Lake (Sword Lake) to enjoy sunset while sipping the “egg coffee” at a nice coffee shop. The rest of time is free at your leisure. Overnight at hotel in Hanoi.

DAY 3: HANOI – HALONG BAY CRUISE  

Breakfast - Lunch – Dinner

After breakfast, depart to Ha Long Bay through the lush country scenery of the Red river delta.

Dubbed one of the most beautiful places on earth, Halong Bay is home to thousands of dramatic lime stone islands jutting off from emerald water surface. Through millions of years, waves and winds have brought this place into an amazing natural painting that overwhelms even the toughest heart with its breathtaking beauty.

Check in on board traditional styled junkthen enjoy your cruise between the towering islands whilst savor a sumptuous seafood lunch. Visit a limestone cave in the afternoon and do some kayaking and swimming (depending on the weather). Dinner and overnight in en-suite cabin on board, under star live sky.

DAY 4: FLY TO HOI AN  

Breakfast – Lunch

Wake up early in the morning to catch the sunrise over the Bay’s spectacular landscape with a cup of tea or coffee. Have breakfast in the fresh air and then take enjoy rowing boat tour around to visit to a floating village. Later, you will cruise to visit another part of the bay, included beautiful cave. Lunch will be served on you way back to the harbor. Disembark at noontime and get transfer to Hanoi airport to take flight to Da Nang.

Welcome by your driver upon arrive Da Nang airport, who will hold a greeting sign, waiting for you at arrival hall, after luggage claim, you will be transferred to Hoi An. Check in hotel and free as your leisure.  Overnight at hotel in Hoi An.

DAY 5: HOI AN COOKING CLASS & EXPLORING

Breakfast - Lunch

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel then stroll to meeting point of cooking center around 8h15am. After a welcome meeting with the local chef you will take a tour to Hoi An central market. Wander through the busy shops and stalls, experience amazing sights, sounds and smell of the market and get introduction about ingredients available here.

Vietnamese cooking, very natural and friendly to people health, can be seen on what people have for their daily meals at the market. The concept of dinning is implied through the show of ingredients. It is not only fresh but also colorful and balanced. In this tropical agriculture land that profoundly influenced by the concept of Yin Yang harmony, each ingredient play a certain role in making a perfect balance.

You then get back to the cooking centre for your preparation. The chef will introduce you how to play with ingredients and very detail of each step in the cooking process. It can be a bit different from cooking style you are used to but what you learn here surely not just for fun but you can apply at home for family treats daily or at the weekend. It is then time to enjoy your own creation and check how wonderful cook you are.

Afternoon, your tour-guide will meet you about 1h30pm at cooking center to stroll exploring ancient Hoi An town by visiting Temple Kwan and Phuc Kien Temples. Following this you will visit two of the town's historic homes known as Tan Ky Ancient House and Phung Hung House. You will see the Japanese Bridge, the symbol of Hoi An as well as the town's cultural show rooms. Before finish the trip at your hotel, enjoy snack with delicious Bánh Mỳ Phượng - that is praised as the world's most delicious bread by Chef Anthony Bourdain. Trip ends at your hotel for your free at leisure rest of time to get shoes made, dresses, suits or just relax with a book.

DAY 6: HOI AN COUNTRYSIDE  

Breakfast – Dinner

Morning today is free for your own stroll in elegant town or just relaxes at your hotel, shopping...

Afternoon, it is time to experience local life and culture at water coconut palm paradise. The trip starts at 3pm, cruise along Thu Bon River to a fishing village where you will have opportunity to learn about local fishing life, talk with friendly local people, join to fish with local fisherman, try to use basket boat....

After exciting exploration, now is time to feasts dinner on the boat while cruising in marvelous sunset. Overnight at hotel in Hoi An.

DAY 7: FLY TO HO CHI MINH CITY – NIGHT FOODIE ADVENTURE

Breakfast – Dinner

You will be free to shopping until transfer to Da Nang airport to catch flight to Ho Chi Minh City, estimate depart at 14:40-16:10.

Welcome on arrival the airport, transfer to hotel for check in procedure. Free at your leisure and relax until late afternoon.

18:00 you will enjoy a special Saigon foodie adventure by motorbike. This special trip gives you a great chance to learn about Ho Chi Minh City, its streets life, typical food and culture. Our guide will tell you stories of the ingredients and history of Saigon’s food culture. Our foodie challenge, starting with Hu Tiu – special soup in southern Vietnam, favorite of Chef Gordon Ramsay then slowly taste amazing street food. Finish your adventure with a cup of coffee in Saigon River.

DAY 8: CU CHI TUNNEL – LUNCH WITH HOST - CITY SIGHTSEEING

Breakfast - Lunch with local host

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel then ready to meet your tour-guide at 8am, driving to visit incredible Cu Chi Tunnel - locating approximately 70 km northwest of Ho Chi Minh City. The tunnel like a spider net in the soil of Cu Chi District, consist of more than 200km of narrow underground tunnels that connecting half or total covered hideouts, shelters, fighting bunkers, hospital, school, living rooms and so on… all was built and used by resistant fighters during the French and American war in Vietnam.

After to venture into the tunnels and explore the complex, we transfer to a “friend's house” - where the typical Vietnamese female and well cooking to enjoy the lunch with her family. The sincerity and warmth from local people make your trip remarkable.

Return city center, we spend the rest of day discover the city’s best attractions, including Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral, the General Post office, Jade Imperial pagoda….

DAY 9:  HO CHI MINH DEPARTURE

This day is free at your leisure or shopping and discovering until transfer to the airport to catch your flight back home. Safety travel!
