Upon your arrival at Udon Thani airport, you will be greeted by your private car and your personal Italian speaking guide: transfer to the province, at the Kam Chanote temple, birthplace of King Naga present in many of the Eastern mythologies: this rural temple preserves almost all its characteristics over the centuries, and is very popular by the Thai faithful, who have flocked to Bangkok to always ingratiate themselves with King Naga considered very benevolent with his faithful followers. After the visit to the temple, we will accompany you to the traditional local style resort, leaving you free to rest for the evening.

 

After breakfast and check-out, your private car waits for you to visit the Wat Pa Phu Kon temple with its blue roofs, a superb example of the local religious architecture, located on top of a hill from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the whole valley below. Afterwards, transfer to Udon, with a stop on the road at the traditional market of Na Kha, where you can refresh yourself and find thousands of different offers of authentic local manufacture, especially with regard to the local silk with which the traditional Isan sarong are sewn.

 

At the end of your shopping trip, your car will take you to Udon City, downtown, with check-in at one of the best local hotels - with swimming pool - located in a really convenient location for everything you want to do in the evening: restaurants, UD night market, all within a five-minute walk.

The day starts in the morning after breakfast and check-out, with the transfer at the Nong Han Red Lotus Lake, with your private car and your own guide: we will take you to visit a show unique in the world, a lake adorned with thousands of red lotus, really an experience to photograph, film, and remember.

Tour of the lake by private boat is included.

Unfortunately the bloom of the lotus, completely natural, is seasonal, and is therefore not available in this period: alternatively, we will take you to visit the shrine San Chao Pu Ya, temple desired by the Chinese founders of this city. Below, we are pleased to invite you to lunch, letting you know the true essence of local food, unanimously considered among the best in the whole nation.

 

At the end, your car will take you to the airport, coinciding with your flight of return to Bangkok.
