In February 2018, global power-management leader EATON assigned Ciao Travel to organise a meeting in Da Nang for their senior resellers across Asia Pacific — a boutique, intimate gathering of 50, several accompanied by family.

• Budget checklist clarified against every service requirement
• Rooms, food & beverage, technology and audiovisual rental
• Venue: three options proposed and inspected with the client — Furama Resort chosen, then coordinated in full detail so the event ran smoothly
• Stylish dinners, including sunset cocktails aboard a boat cruising to a riverside dinner
• Airport transfers with welcome drinks and customised greeting placards
• Activities and tours arranged for accompanying family members during sessions

The third Indian Ocean Conference was held in Hanoi on 27–28 August 2018. Assigned by the Indian Foundation on behalf of India's government, Ciao Travel organised this large, high-profile event for more than 1,000 attendees, including VVIPs such as the Sri Lankan Prime Minister and the foreign ministers of India and Vietnam.

A dreamed wedding on a Halong Bay cruise for a lovely couple — a French groom and a Vietnamese bride who trusted Ciao Travel with the most important event of their lives.

Our team worked in detail to fulfil every request, beyond expectation — magnificent memories for the couple and for the Ciao Travel team alike.

In the challenging year of 2020, Ciao Travel delivered a beyond-expectation bootcamp for nearly 500 domestic guests. We chartered the Legacy Yen Tu MGallery 5★ and its sister Lang Nuong 3★ to run everything from ballroom-dance training to outdoor team building, gala dinners, photo shoots, video and transport from Hanoi to Halong.
