Except as otherwise expressly agreed, Vietnam Ciao International Travel and its Clients/Agent agree that the terms and conditions for the services rendered by Vietnam Ciao International Travel to the Client, whether on an individual or tour basic (or the “Service”) shall be governed by the Terms & Conditions set out below and that the said Terms & Conditions form an entire part of the service contract, whether verbal or written, entered between Vietnam Ciao International Travel and Client/Agents

ITINERARY VALIDITY AND CONTENT: All prices quoted to the Client/Agent are on net basic and valid according to the date specific on the Vietnam Ciao International Travel program/tariff and/or quotation and/or invoice issued to the Client/Agent. Every effort has been made to ensure accuracy. Vietnam Ciao International Travel shall not be liable for any injury, damage or loss caused by any inaccuracy. Vietnam Ciao International Travel reserves the right to change tour arrangements or accommodations due to safety or security reasons, and will endeavor to provide alternative arrangements of the same standard as that originally booked.

PRICING: All prices are shown in American dollars and are current at the date of printing this itinerary. If there is a dramatic fluctuation in the exchange rate or the price of services provided, which are beyond the control of Vietnam Ciao International Travel, we reserve the right to adjust tour prices accordingly, even though the balance of payment may have been made. This would only happen in unusual circumstances.

RESERVATION & CONFIRMATION: Reservations are to be made to us by fax or email. Except as otherwise agreed by Vietnam Ciao International Travel, upon confirmation of a reservation, unless other agreement, a 30% (thirty percent) deposit is requested and the total package tour price for the services should be paid at least 30 days (thirty days) prior to the client’s arrival in the destination country or starting date of the tour, or otherwise Vietnam Ciao International Travel may at their sole discretion cancel the booking without any refund of sums already paid to Vietnam Ciao International Travel by the client/ agent.

CHILD POLICY: One the two children under 12 years of age accompanying both parent as airline passengers will be charge 75% or the adult fare . For tours one or two under children under 12 years of age sharing a room will be charge 50% of the adult price

PAYMENT: Except as otherwise agreed by Vietnam Ciao International Travel, Client payment shall be executed by cash, Credit card or bank transfer except for cash payment a service charge may apply in cases where credit faculties have been agreed with the Client/ Agent. Payment shall be executed by swift or telegraphic transfer to the appropriate Vietnam Ciao International Travel bank account. Any bank charge levied by the sending bank relating to transfer to Vietnam Ciao International Travel must be paid by the Client / agent

CANCELLATION: Save for the case where a Client/Agent loses its deposit as mentioned above, charge of cancellation of booking are not levied by Vietnam Ciao International Travel but its hotels carriers and other contractors apply charge for cancellation the Client /Agent shall be liable to pay those charge to Vietnam Ciao International Travel or to the concerned parties directly as case may be

FIT Cancellation Policy
The cancellation charge below refer to the non transferable fee that is charge to the clients who cancelled their tour
More than 30 day before departure: no cancellation charge

• Between 30 and 21 day before departure: 10% of total tour cost
• Between 20 and 8 day before departure: 25 % of total tour cost
• Between 7 day and 5 days before departure: 50 % of total tour cost
• Between 4 day and 2 days before departure: 90 % of total tour cost

Special condition: Depending on airlines and cruises cancellation policies, the above conditions may modified
 

Group Cancellation Policy
1 – Partial cancellation of the group
Partial cancellation’ occurs when less than 10% of the group’s members cancel their tour
The Cancellation charge below refer of the non transferrable fee that is charge to the group member who has cancelled their tour

• More than 60 day before departure: no cancellation charge
• Between 59 to 31 day before departure: 20% of total tour cost
• Between 30 to 21 day before departure: 50 % of total tour cost
• Between 20 to 10 day before departure: 70 % of total tour cost
• Between 10 days to 3 days before departure: 90 % of total tour cost
• Less Than 48 hours before departure: 95 % of total tour cost

2- Substantial to total’ cancellation of the group:
Substantial cancellation’ occurs when 11% to 50% the group members cancel their tour the chary provided to determine the cancellation fees based on the percentage of members who cancel and the cancellation date in comparison to the scheduled and contracted departure date

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Please advise Vietnam Ciao International Travel of any special requirements such as Special Meals, Medical Requirements etc., as soon as possible. If you get motion sickness it is imperative that you bring with you motion sickness pills as we travel by coach and boat sometimes in our tour.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: We strongly recommend you organize travel insurance before departure in your country. Insurance covers cancellation fees payable for airline tickets, accommodation, loss of deposit, luggage etc.

DISCLAIMER: Vietnam Ciao International Travel is not a carrier or hotelier, nor do we own aircraft, hotels or coaches. The services Vietnam Ciao International Travel supplies consist of arranging and co-coordinating accommodation, tours and transfers, making bookings and issuing vouchers to be redeemed by suppliers if necessary. We exercise and inspect every care in the selection of reputable airlines, coach operators, hotels, restaurant and other suppliers of the various travel services which are used in these tours. It is important to note, therefore, all bookings with Vietnam Ciao International Travel are subject to the terms, conditions and limitations of liability imposed by the service providers whose services we utilize, some of which limit or exclude liability in respect of death, personal injury, delay and loss or damage of baggage. Because of this Vietnam Ciao International Travel does not accept liability for events beyond our control.

CLIENTS’ RESPONSIBILITIES: It is your responsibility to obtain passports, visas as required, health certificates or other travel documents where required for the tour. It remains your responsibility to ensure that these documents are in order and to meet any additional costs incurred as a result of failure to comply with such requirements. It is also your responsibility to obtain any vaccinations that may be required to travel.
