Case study Indian conference in Hanoi

The third edition of the Indian Ocean Conference was held in Hanoi, the capital city of Vietnam from 27-28 August 2018. The Indian Foundation was assigned by India's Government to be in charge of the conference. Ciao Travel was honored to cooperate with the Indian Foundation, successfully organizing this very big and important event for more than 1000 attendees.

There were many VVIP who participated in the event such as the Sri Lankan Prime Minister, Mrs Sushma Swaraj - External Affairs Minister of India, Mr Pham Binh Minh - Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam.....

Ciao Travel worked hard to coordinate the partners with the Vietnamese authorities to completely and perfectly take care of the arrangements

Meeting venue: Sheraton Hotel Hanoi
Rooms: Sheraton Hotel, Pan Pacific, Intercontinental Westlake
Food & Drink: We worked carefully to create a special menus for attendees who required muslim, vegetarian, Indian and Vietnamese food.
Transportation: A wide-range of vehicles from sedan to bus and economy to limousine
Tours & Activities: We recommended and organized bespoke tours for attendees after the conference, especially a day trip from Hanoi to Danang, explore highlights of Golden Bridge for 165 people, we chartered private plane to done well 12 hours tour.
