The Government has suspended the e-visa and visa-on-arrival programs until further notice. In addition, we understand Cambodian Embassies will only accept applications for diplomatic, official, and “sponsored” business-linked visas, and will not issue tourist or other visas to enter Cambodia at this time.
Foreigners arriving must: quarantine measures for 14 days, pay a deposit of $2,000 upon arrival at airports for mandatory COVID-19 testing and potential treatment services, negative COVID-19 test (PCR and/or serology), purchase a local health insurance package for COVID-19 treatment from Forte Insurance Company. The cost is $90 for a $50,000 policy valid for 20 days.
Is a curfew in place: NO! But The government has restricted the operation of certain businesses, such as cinemas, karaoke, and entertainment clubs (bars, discos, beer gardens)…and require the use of hand sanitizer, temperature checks, and social distancing. Large meetings or gatherings more than 20 people are banned until further notice. until further notice.

All land border crossings and international flights to/from Laos remain closed with the exception of sporadic international flights (often to Seoul, South Korea) and weekly UN humanitarian flights (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia). Domestic flights continue.

Between November 28 and December 1, 2020, Vietnam confirmed four new cases of COVID-19 community transmission in Ho Chi Minh City, which led to an increase in social distancing requirements. Multiple individuals are currently being asked to quarantine and test to make sure the situation is effectively contained.
As of today, the Vietnamese government continues to suspend entry into Vietnam to all foreigners. This policy has very limited exemptions for diplomatic, official duty, and special cases, including experts, business managers, foreign investors, and high-tech workers of businesses involved in important projects as determined by the Government of Vietnam.
Travelers currently allowed to enter Vietnam,, and their family members, are subjected to mandatory quarantine upon arrival.

Are commercial flights operating: One-way outbound commercial flights from Vietnam to other countries are still available
